Tank was tied to a front porch with a note on his collar - "I can't take care of him." The problem - no one knew the family had moved off. Tank had been abandoned for about a week. He was healthy before he was abandoned, but lost a lot of weight.
Tank seems to be potty trained and is good with other dogs. The strange thing about Tank is how he pees. It is a hoot! He stands on his front legs and raises his hind quarters.
He needs someone who will have a fence who will allow him to run and be a dog - of course, he needs to be an inside dog - but he needs exercise. He has lots of loose skin due to extreme loss of weight but his coat is good.
