Pugsley has lived his entire life with a loving family. After his dad passed away, his mom wasn't able to take care of him.
Pugsley in his Foster Mom's Words: Pugsley is 14, hard of hearing and can't see more than a few inches. He walks everywhere even though his back legs aren't as strong. He is very much on a routine, he barks when he needs something - food, going outside, coming back in, attention. Just because he can't see or hear doesn't mean he can't smell you out though! His favorite thing to do is eat and sleep. He doesn't play with toys but loves to be scratched everywhere! Pugsley should go to a forever home that is only one level, as he cannot see steps and will walk right off of them.
